The first Sex and the city spawned so many trends, I can't wait to see what the second one has in store for us!

VICKY CHRISTINA BARCELONA STILLS

THURSDAY - PART 7

I have to admit when I first heard of this movie I thought it was going to be terrible, just some sexed up guy trying to do everyone, but then my friend told me it was really good so I watched it. I was so blown away watching this and it was nice that I could relate a little since I was in Barcelona just last September. I recognized the Gaudi steps that Scarlett is standing on above. I think the movie is really about discovering yourself and what you want out of life and I felt really connected to Scarlett's character. Penelope was amazing in it as the crazy Maria Elena, as you know she won an Oscar for the role.

MOVIE PREMIERES

WEDNESDAY - PART 5

I LOVE YOU, MAN PREMIERE

Jamie Pressley. She looks amazing, I'm blown away.

Rashida Jones. I've seen this dress lots of times online, but I had no idea it would look this good.

Rashida's mom former Mod Squad girl Peggy Lipton (Rashida's dad is Quincy Jones). I don't know how Peggy manages to look so good, definitely future inspiration.

Kristen Ritter. She's definitely an it girl at the moment.

Audrina Partridge.

Elizabeth Banks in Roberto Cavalli.

Occasional Y & R actress Veil Bloom in a 3.1 Philip Lim skirt.

THE DAMNED UNITED PREMIERE
Emma Watson.

SUGAR PREMIERE
Rachel Zoe.

Jessica "Sadba" Alba. I use to have some similar vintage tops, but I always had a hard time styling them, but Jessica pulls it off. Oh and this is her "Smiling big".

WHAT COMES AROUND
GOES AROUND FALL 2009 LAUNCH
Nicole Richie. When did her bump get so big? wow!

CONFESSIONS OF A SHOPAHOLIC STILLS

SATURDAY - PART 3

Mini spoiler, yes you've been warned. I finally saw it, I wanted to see it originally when I was in New York last month, but all the sessions kept being sold out. When I first started reading this book years ago before it was so popular I had no idea it was going to grow the way it did and end up into a movie. What I loved the most about the movie was how visually stimulating it was. They did change a lot of aspects about the book like Becky's initial job and how she meets Luke etc not to mention the fact that she's no longer a Brit, but at least they kept the main characters intact, even Alicia bitch long legs was there. Although the movie borrows a bit from the second book, I was sad to see it end when I know that the story goes on. If you read all the books that can be a little frustrating, but maybe this means they'll be more movies in the future? In the end I would say that it was "Inspired" by the book only because they changed so much stuff.

When pictures were first coming in when they started filming the movie I thought the outfits looked outrageous, but now I understand how it all fits in. I also think the best looks in the movie are the ones pictured above. The movie was styled by Sex And The City stylist Patricia Field.
