Kate Bosworth. If anyone can work a neutral dress with neutral accessories and still glow, it's her. I think Kate is one of the most gorgeous actresses out there, definitely unique looking in the best way possible.
Emma Watson. I find it interesting that she seems to chose daring pieces quite often, but it doesn't seem to go with the vibe she gives off. Regardless, she looks great.
