Anne Hathaway. Like a glammed up ballerina, perfect as always.

Martha Plimpton. I like the little sequin pattern on the side of the strap, keeps the dress from looking too boring.

Chandra Wilson. Great color on her, she's working the 40s look quite nicely.

Allison Janney. I'm not sure if I like the two different fabrics used on this dress, but the color is fantastic.

Dolly Parton. Some things should always remain the same.

Sutton Foster. Nice color on her, but there's something cheapish about that dress.

Piper Perabo. I really like this dress and the color, but she should have worn black shoes. Extra points for being daring.

Laura Benanti. She needs to grow those bangs out, love the color of this dress though.

Karen Olivo. That neckline is very tricky, but she pulls it off nicely.

Bebe Neuwirth. The hair the way it is makes her look too old.

Marcia Gay. She probably has on one of the better looking dresses at this award show.

Haydn Gwynne.

Nancy La Scala. Dita Von Teese would approve.
