How dare you to ASK - Rachel of COURSE! For the second, you know, Lil Kim definitely has added her quirk to it, which is not necessarily classy, but def fun! So I TOtally say Lil Kim, because, however RiRi dresses and how well chosen her outfits are, I can't really stand her and her attitude, it makes everything just dull and unpersonal... Just my opinion.

agreed with the kitten, rhianna just a bit too boring with it. lil mama puts attitude but doesnt really class it up. still its more playful therefore shes the winner. and i think rachel bilson rocks it but beyonce had it in the bag too.
So tie for rachel and beyonce and Lil mama for the win

All four girls looked great in their outfits...but I'd have to say that Rachel looked better than Beyonce and L'il Mama looked better than Rihanna - if I had to be honest. ;)
