    Velvet has to feel "just right" to me or I get the chills...but when it has the right feel, I love it. One of my all-time favorite dresses is velvet. It looks like a print but it's actually sheer inserts: http://wendybrandes.com/blog/2008/11/important-stuff-also-dresses/
