This Dutch/Indian beauty started off intern at Rocawear, where she became creative director of the women's and children's divisions and met and married Damon Dash. Damon is co-founder of Roc-A-Fella Records with Jay Z and also produced Victoria beckham's solo records and is the cousin of Stacey Dash from Clueless. Rachel now a fashion designer and red carpet regular. I love her style, it's unique and one of her own.
