I believe she's wearing Gucci Spring 2009 or a modified version of it, but I can't say with certainty. I like this fun yet edgy photoshoot, she does 'edgy' very well.

I like both photoshoots, but Leighton's in particular.
Btw, she's wearing Jonathan Saunders in the second to last picture which seems to be a modified version of this Spring 2009 dress.
