LA FASHION WEEK - SPRING 2009

WEDNESDAY #3

Personally I think her collections are getting better and better, I like the wearability of her clothing. I think she's doing a great job of establishing herself as a designer, I like she has a point of view and everything seems to be cohesive.

FAME BY CHRISTIAN AUDIGIER

KEVAN HALL
I hope a celebrity decides to wer that first dress, it's so gorgeous! Can't you just picture Gwyneth Paltrow in it?

LANA FUCHS
That last outfit is a bit of a rip off, Alek Wek wore something similar on the runway years ago...maybe it was a white wedding gown. The image is flashing in my mind, but I can't quite remember the designer.

JOSEPH DOMINGO

I love this last dress, I wish I had something like this when I went to prom.

I guess I have to get myself a trashy reality show to build my jewelry line? That seems to be the way it's done nowadays.

I'd vie to be ON WendyB's show!

Conrad has come a long way.

^ totally agree, i can't wait to see where she's at a year from now.

Does everyone really want to watch a show where I sit around in a big old Madonna t-shirt doing blog posts all day? If so, I'm going to be rich!

Jen did you start smoking Marc Jacobs crack pipe while you were o/s???? In fact has everyone (excluding WB) been smoking crack? Lauren Conrad's 'collection' is a piece of shite - she's a talentless hack and the people behind her licensing deal need a face-to-face with Imelda's Taser Heels!

I just think that the models look funny, and that most of the collections are boring with just few nice outfits. LC did great though.

you're right, lauren conrad's spring collection is very cool and "wearable." it feels very crisp.

I never think of LA fashion week as showing anything groundbreaking, but they always show cute wearable pieces.

Lauren Conrad, not so much.
