Launched in 2004 by English girls Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig, they were catapulted to the top of Hollywood must have gowns list when Renee Zellweger wore one of their dresses to a premiere. In 2007 they launched Notte by Marchesa, a less expensive line. Their designs are heavily inspired by Indian style and beading. Their clothing is pretty much the go to for Hollywood celebs, I guess you can say the original Herve Leger, but for the red carpet. 
Jennifer is a huge fan of Marchesa, I think it's the only designer that she's been sporting on the red carpet for quite some time now. 
I think most of us can remember this dress, it fits sienna's style so well. 
Do you think this copy was intentional? I'm not sure considering that Alice + Olivia is a pretty popular and large brand now.
I love dresses like this, makes you feel look you dropped out of heaven.
I'm not sure if I like this dress in black, it reminds me of growing mold. Yeah I know, harsh.
I think this black lace dress was stunning on Mischa, she should wear darker colors more often instead of beige and gold on the red carpet because they wash her out.

I actually never liked this dress much on Ashanti. Don't get me wrong, it's a gorgeous dress just maybe not on her.
One of my favorites at the Oscars, this complimented her skin and coloring so well.

Probably the best Amanda Bynes has ever looked, love this color on her. Actually, it's pretty universally flattering.

Mischa modelling her handbag line for Asos.com. The bags are nice and very her, but they are nothing amazing. I'll have to see if the prices are resonable before concluding if they are worth it or not.

That is such a perfect beach outfit, I'm actually going to make the effort to go down to the beach next week so I'm going to try and wear something equally cute. 
I like her best when she's being casual like this and not trying so hard.
I know this dress might look a little mumsy, but I like it regardless. The print is fun and vintage looking. The overall look probably would have been helped had she done her hair.
I guess Mary-Kate doesn't eat, she get's all her calories from those frapps! Probably 500 in that one thing alone, starbucks really knows how to pack it in. I guess not as many people want to go there anymore since they are closing 600 of their locations in the states.CAMILLA BELLE

Jessica is back to her sourpuss looking ways, just the way I like it. Not even a 'brown baby' (As she put it) can warm her cold heart.
Where are Connor and Isabella? At scientology boot camp again? Seems the only kid they care about is Suri. Poor kids, someday we'll hear about how they were neglected by both parents. I posted this picture of Katie because she looks deranged, Robot gone haywire! Tom needs to take her home and reboot her.

He doesn't lok very happy though, probably because he's been forced to carry Suri's crap. Mama Nicole Kidman needs to come take her son back before he turns into one of them. I swear, I've never seen this kid smile.

i love love love marchesa... am looking forward to having them design my wedding dress (fingers crossed it will be soon), but i obvi do think they were fortunate to have celebs wear their clothes right off the bat because of one of the desginer's boyfriends... mr. miramax. they proved themselves, but it does help to have that little extra nudge from a powerful hollywood playerrrrr...

hmm marchesa does make beautiful colorful gowns, but they've never been my favorite actually. and not to be mean or ruin anything for you, but i thought that one blue dress on penelope was actually Chanel?

you post so much great stuff, i feel as though i have to take notes in order to remember everything! first of all, despite all the mean commentary, i loved sienna's look with the marchesa dress and heidi-esque braids, only she can carry that off. and as for the anna sui top you're craving, i say go for it! she designed some things for anthropologie a couple years back, and i splurged on a dress and to this day, it's still my favorite.
