Project Runway winner Christian Siriano is designing a 15 piece collection for Puma. His first collection for Bluefly is set to be available starting July 2008.
Rapper LL Cool J is teaming up with Sears and designing a clothing line for young boys and girls.
"I was raised by a matriarch, I have a wife and three daughters, so I know what women are looking for when they shop for clothes. Clothes have to make a woman feel good, relaxed and sexy. We are going to be constantly looking at fine-tuning the fit and we'll get it right."
Armani and Emaar Properties signed an agreement in 2004, for Emaar Hotels to build and operate at least seven luxury hotels and three vacation resorts under the Armani name. Armani would be responsible for overseeing all aspects the interior design and style of the hotels. The initial hotel in Dubai is expected to be ready in early 2008. Source
Linday Lohan is the new face of Visa Swap campaign "An initiative to encourage Britain to donate unwanted designer and quality high-street clothes, bags and shoes to a shop in Covent Garden. Participants in the three-week-long initiative will be credited with points for their donations on a special card. These can then be redeemed against other garments in the store at the culmination of the campaign on July 19 and 20. All items which remain unswapped will be
donated to a clothing charity.
"The concept of swapping clothes, getting something for nothing and refreshing your wardrobe, appeals to everyone," explains the Mean Girls actress.Lindsay takes over as the face of the fundraising concept from last year's celebrity participant Mischa Barton." Source
YSL's ashes were scattered in Marrakesh, Morocco as per his wishes.
"The designer was born and raised in the then French colony of Algeria and found something familiar in Marrakesh when he and Berge arrived there in the late 1960s." Source

Can you believe Lauren Conrad designed the incredible dress she's wearing?!?! I love it! And she isn't such a gifted designer in my opinion.
LC is becoming more and more business-savvy. Maybe that's why she's a damn millionaire now. Not cool. Kristin Cavallari is probably kicking herself right now and crying for not doing a spinoff.

wow i would totally want to be part of that swap clothes thing with lindsay lohan... or even better with mischa barton. I'm sure thier wardrobe would beat mine!
