It's seems clear now that Natalie Portman had the general consensus for best dressed at The Oscars in her bright Rodarte gown. I could not agree more, Congrats!

Freida Pinto came in close second, I agree with that too, it was close competition!

Update: Access Hollywood viewers just named Kate Winslet best dressed. I can't believe it, she wasn't even in my top 10! Who are these people? Anyway Natalie was in Second place.
