Canada had an election a few weeks ago and no one really gave a shit considering the turn out, it's not too surprising considering it's our third election in 4 years?! (Due to a minority government). We've had some great steps in Canada too, our current Govenor General (Head of state) the gorgeous Michaëlle Jean is Caribbean-Canadian and her predecessor Adrienne Clarkson is Chinese-Canadian, represent!It's hard not to get swept up in the American elections, particularly this one. I just hope the people that voted McCain will respect their new President, instead of booing as they did during McCain speech which I thought was disrespectful to McCain, interrupting him like that!

ReplyDeleteMichelle Obama has the most impeccable style I have ever seen in politics, she always looks AMAZING, very put-together but daring at the same time. But I hope you are kidding about Cindy McCain's style, because suits and twinsets in the colors of the rainbow aren't exactly my cup of tea.
